It would be a good idea to read this review if you have ever considered buying a camcorder. The Sony pc110 is a high specification mini digital camcorder( images can be manipulated on your home pc) which I have found to be an excellent product. It has a 40x digital zoom; both in and output terminals for pc linkup; can take still images; carl zeiss t lens; usb connection; automatic pop up flash and a built in video mail mode.
The images produced by this camcorder are outstanding and, once adjusted with your pc, can produce brilliant contrasts and focus points.
The viewfinder is in the form of a colour 2.5-inch lcd screen and it is supplied with 4mb of storage (expandable).
The one feature that means most to me above all the technical jargon is the fact that it is compact and has a superb build quality. I have dropped mine on many occasions and have suffered no ill effects.
Overall, this would be the ideal camera for anyone who is likely to have his or her stuff knocked around (cyclists, skiers etc.)
A great buy if you want it to last ages.
