larger than miniDV, making the gadget larger. Checking out the Sony range I was driven by this minimum spec and cost. This lead me to the DCR -TRV238 at £389 delivered. Its' features are listed in the features section below. I've had it a few weeks now and it's been field tested. yep sony have done it again with the DCR -trv320e,a general description of this camcorder is its a standard video-s shape unit with a 2.5 inch colour lcd screen and a black and white viewfinder with a 100 % digital zoom. The lux value of this camcorder is a super night shot 0 lux that means it can see in the dark good for wildlife night shots,this is also adjustable in video mode to super nightshot mode so more can bee seen in total darkness. The lens is a 25 % optical zoom f=3.7-92.5mm 1:1.6 with a precision ccd super L circuitry (thats what it says in the lens).
