Advantages: Fantastic Camera

Disadvantages: Doesn't Work!

I recieved this as a chirstmas present, and was very excited as I had wanted one for ages to take travelling with me. So christmas dat, everyone is piled into my house, drinks flowing, get the camera out. It was very easy to set up and use and the picture quality was fantastic and was the sound when we played it back, very light, compact, perfect. Until the next day when I was trying to play back the previous days antics, and it just would not let me, the screen just styaed blue with yellow "Error" writing in the middle.
Sony's helpline have been useless and are shirting the blame back on to me as if I have broken it.
So now I am stuck with a fantastic camera that doesn't work, slight relief came however, when one of my friends had exactly the same problem.
