Advantages: Great picture, easy to use and great sound

Disadvantages: not the best battery life

THis camcorder is great, having bought it for a quck film for friends work, it has never failed. It has great picture quality, and an added bonus is that the zoom is optical to 40 times. This allows you to zoom in alot without picture quality loss and with the image stabiliser you loose most of the wobble.Also very easy to use. However the only drawback is the battery life is not as long as it could have been.
