excellent with the Sony InfoLithium range. The down side is the high cost of miniDV tapes and their 1 hour SP recording time. In that respect Digital8 is better, but means a bigger machine. yep sony have done it again with the DCR -trv320e,a general description of this camcorder is its a standard video-s shape unit with a 2.5 inch colour lcd screen and a black and white viewfinder with a 100 % digital zoom. The lux value of this camcorder is a super night shot 0 lux that means it can see in the dark good for wildlife night shots,this is also adjustable in video mode to super nightshot mode so more can bee seen in total darkness. The lens is a 25 % optical zoom f=3.7-92.5mm 1:1.6 with a precision ccd super L circuitry (thats what it says in the lens). Digital camera combination is on this model and a 4 mb sony memory card comes along side the camcorder ...
