Fujifilm Finepix F40fd ... boyfriend bought me this camera after i lost it s predecessor, the fuji film f30 on the tube one night. oops. i ve always owned fuji - my first camera was a finepix f401, which was a cute square shape and took pretty decent photos - it even survived being dropped in a pint of beer! after that great start, the f30 was a nice step up with more manual options and a better range of picture choices. the f40d is much the same - it s slightly more geared up the to automatic market with a range of pre selected scene modes, from fireworks (which is the only mode to over long exposure shots, unlike the f30 which had two) , underwater, party, portrait, landscape etc. the scene m... Nikon D50 ... Nikon D50 was my first DSLR camera, like many others. Unfortunately I ve been forced to sell it, but I still miss the thing! It takes seriously professional and beautiful shots for the relatively small amount of money you need to spend to buy the default kit. I highly suggest grabbing other lenses to go with it, either Sigma lenses or Nikon themselves. The camera feels lightweight (I suggest at least holding one before purchasing!) and you don t feel like you ll drop it all the time like some DSLRs. Fujifilm Finepix A400 ... the price of this camera, it is well worth the value! I purchased this digital camera on ebay about two years ago, and I have been happy with it ever since. This camera is mainly for beginner to amateur users of digital cameras, as it lacks a lot of features you would want in an expensive professional camera. But, really, how many everyday picutre takers are professionals? The 4.1 megapixels really delivers a high quality picture. I have used this camera to print out pictures at machine kiosks at stores, and they come out spotless and very sharp. My favorite part about this camera is that it is small and light weight.
