Panasonic Lumix DMC-TZ3 ... absolutely love taking pictures, and with a holiday coming up and a camera that needed updating, I chose this Panasonic Lumix. I d heard good things about this camera, but what closed the deal for me was the excellent zoom and the huge screen on the back for viewing your pictures. The camera can seem a bit daunting at first as theres lots of buttons and menus, but you can pick it all up relatively quickly and if you ve got some idea of the functions of a digital camera in the first place you ll be fine. There is LOADS of different modes, including an underwater one (you have to buy some sort of underwater case for the camera first!!) which takes brilliant pictures under... Kodak Easyshare M853 ... recieving this present for my birthday last year, I quickly noticed that this camera is very tidy with a good layout. When you purchase the camera you also get a wide range of extras including a carry case, charger, multi regional adaptors, USB cables and a mount for charging. When trying to use it the first time it was very simple, with a clear instruction manual. The LCD screen on the back of the camera is also quite large, quite unlike many of the less expensive cameras at the time. The optical zoom is also sufficient enough for a small compact digital camera such as this. In terms of price range you could expect to see this camera at £50 to £65 at the moment, tho... Samsung L201 ... am very impressed with this camera, needing to purchase a new one after an accident with my sony and finding I could buy a cheaper camera with better picture quality than what it would cost to get mine repaired. The picture quaility is amazing and I even managed to take a perfect picture of the television which is hard to do showing a perfect picture. You dont even need to have the camera set to 10 megapixels either, the pictures taken when set to 5 megapixels are, i feel, just as good quaility, and uses up less space on your memory card, allowing you to store pictures.
