Samsung ES55:
... got this camera over a year ago. It is a great camera for the price that it is and takes brilliant clear pictures. I do have a couple of problems with it though. First thing being that the flash has a delay sometimes and you end up standing there waiting on the picture being taken! Also having rechargeable batteries is a must. I have had to send it back to samsung four times to be repaired, via argos due to the len... Read the full review: Samsung es55 by x-sammy-mc-x |

Canon EOS 40D ... I bought my Canon IXUS 850 ,it has been already 5 years ,but eventhough I love its features and its easy functionality , I believe that it s time to upgrade on my camera ,or it will be out of date. I just want to have made my own research according to what s best to buy and where I can buy it ,even most importantly what suits my interest. I believe that it is not more about how good and how competent the gadget is but it s more on how at ease you are with the product you have on hand. The 40D is what I am setting my eyes now. This camera is one of the best out there of the same class. The large sensors have the lower noise, which I thin... Read the full review: Canon EOS 40D Digital Camera by mattwilko92 |

Panasonic Lumix DMC-FX500 ... is a decent camera in its class, and does all the things it should do. However, I was disappointed for the following reasons: 1) picture quality is good but not exceptional. I can imagine that when used with a tripod the picture quality may be significantly better, but the idea fo a compact camera like this is that it can take those quick snaps when out and about and it doesn t do that particularly well 2) size: i decided to go with substance over style/size, hence buying this rather than the equivalent price nikon or even sony. However now i regret this as despite the lyca lens etc, as previously mentioned the picture quality isn t that classic 3)lens dots: as wi... Canon EOS 400D ... Canon 400D is considered in professional terms to be obsolete nowadays with the introduction of such high-end DSLR such as the Canon 5D and its 24MP rival from Nikon. This doesn t mean this camera can t take quality images but rather it has been scratched because of the new commercial standards raised from the releasing of new 20MP-plus technology. This means you can now pick them up for a more affordable price brand new or 2nd hand in an online auction site. This Canon has a 22.2 x 14.8mm CMOS image sensor which captures 10.1 million pixels of digital information. The buttons on the back are straight forward to use. There is a 4-way controller pad right of the LCD... Read the full review: Canon 400D Review by bosharpe |
