Vivitar Vivicam 5385: ... was so excited to get my first digital camera 3 years ago especially with my first baby due. No more films, no more bad photos, no more spending a fortune on developing a film of 36 pictures only to get 5 decent ones. I was finally joining the real world! 	Vivitar Vivicam 8018 ... button. I decided to change to my more expensive black Kodak camera, and have found that one is now developing problems. On Saturday night I was taking pictures and it took about 10 seconds for the camera to register the fact that I had pressed the shutter button. So when we were in Currys today, I started looking at the cameras as always and started to ask questions and found this little Vivitar camera which I thought looked brilliant and which the saleswoman said was brilliant for the price. Looking on the Internet now, even in hindsight I would have probably have brought the camera anyway, due to the fact there was a lack of reviews on this product, one or two ... 	Vivitar 8380 ... Vivicam is simple to use. A handy size to put in your pocket and carry about in your handbag. Simple to download onto a laptop, just connect the USB lead and save into a file or folder. Also has video recording which can also be stored simply onto your PC. Picture quality is excellent with an 8mp camera, pictures are clear and colours are vivid. With a 3x digital zoom, you can zoom in on those special moments, also has a red eye reduction function and flash. Look through your photos on the basic scroll display or view them all on one screen in a thumbnail function. 	Vivitar 5190 ... a lot of dooyoo members know is what I do now. Most of the cameras I am asked to test tend to be either high end compacts or DSLR`s but occasionally a budget camera is thrust into my hands and I set about making it look like exactly what it is, a budget camera, trouble is these days even the budgets have something that impresses so I rarely get a chance to really slate a camera, so I thank Vivitar for this opportunity. The Vivitar Vivicam 5190 is the camera that found its way into my hands around ten days ago and I gave it two days of testing even though I knew after less than half an hour that it was simply not a good camera.
