i got this camera with my whole pc package around 3 years ago which came wit a scanner and printer so i have no idea how much it was on its own. i believe it was around £80 on a special offer but i am not sure.
it is a good little camera and still appears to b in great workin order even though its been dropped a few times. it has a memory card slot so that u can add more memory to save more pictures.
you can take pictures in 3 resolutions:
> 1280x960 pixels - @ which u can save 6 pictures without a memory card(cameras memory)
>1024x768 pixels - @which you can save 25 pictures (cameras memory)
and
>512x382 pixels - @which u can save 36 pics (cameras memory)

the flash is ok but only @ close range (up to around 3 meters)
battery life is pretty short and another downside is that you cannot take pictures with it when its connected to the pc via usb.

another great feature though is that it can also be used as a webcam.
its very simple to use and installation is pretty much 'easy peasy lemon squeezy' jus like the use of the camera itself.
i believe the price should have fallen by now from when i purchased it so i seriously recommen buying this digital camera if your looking @ the low end of the market.

great value for its money as it also comes numerous programs to make your own movies and edit pictures and also with its own little stand and usb cable and leather case and hand strap...quite a few extras.

even though it has no LCD its still a great little camera!!

image quality:

the image quality of pictures is ok in general.
its pretty good if ur usin 1280x960 pixels but that means that u can only take 6 of these pics without a memory card and the file size of the pic will b very large.this means that you have 2 resort to
using the lower resolution options to take pics which means the quality will b reduced and dramatically reduced if ur usin low resolution to take pics compared to high res.
