Aiptek Voicecam ... VoiceRecorder can do both with one device. The internal 64 Mbit memory is enough for up to 107 pictures or 13 minutes of sound (mixed recording is also possible).

When used as a webcam the PenCam is powered through the USB interface of the PC. A battery charge (2x AAA) is enough for approximately 300 pictures, in the standby mode up to 2 weeks. The resolution can be set to 640 x 480 pixels or to 320 x 240 pixels. A thumb-nail-size LCD informs about settings such as image quality, self-timer, video recording, number of remaining shots and so on.
