Great present bought for my 21st birthday a few months ago. The quality of the pictures is fantastic and the video facility is also excellent. The screen is bright and clear enabling you to view both photos and videos with a great degree of clarity. The product has been easy to use, and is definitely visually attractive, although the buttons at times seem on the small side. The face recognition technology enables the camera to detect faces and improve the clarity of them even further. Additionally, the clarity of the picture is never compomised by the zoom function, although perhaps a larger zoom function would have been possible given the cost of the camera. Despite the size of the camera, (it is only a little larger than a credit card) it has been robust and sturdy. The only real difficulty has been that at times the PC software accompanying the camera can be difficult to use to manipulate the pictures. In general the camera appears to be a little on the expensive side, but probably worth the money.
