Suitable for travelling (Canon Digital Ixus 40)

I bought this camera 9 months ago. Overall I'm satisfied with this product. This is the first Canon camera that I've bought. Previously I had a Kodak and I like this Canon a lot more.
It is very neat and small and the design is very elegant and pretty, suitable for family use and when travelling.
Because I'm not a professional photographer, the quality of the images is very good to me and 4 megapixels are enough. What I like from this camera is a wide screen which allows to enlarge the photographing view.
Recently I have attended a photography class and it makes me want another camera with more zooming in capacity, 3x seems a little bit not enough for me now.
However, if you use the camera not for professional purpose,I think this is a great choice for you!
