my purchase. Summary ====== I m realling enjoying using the Canon and it lives in my pocket most of the time now, before my camera would always be in a jacket pocket or a bag somewhere. It s not the cheapest of compact Digital cameras and I have no idea if it is significantly better than others, but it s a real improvement over previous cameras for me and it seems to suit my needs. I brought this Digital camera at Xmas last year, and it has not even started to lose it s appeal yet!! It is a small, asthetically pleasing camera; metallic grey, that comfortably fits into any pocket, and also includes a wrist strap, to ensure it cannot be stolen or lost. It is extremely light At 4.0 Mega Pixels, there is more than enough picture quality in my opinion to take any picture imaginable, although because of the lens quality and other features available via the menu, it is slightly more expensive than a few other 4.0 MP cameras out there on the market.
