Advantages: small, great features, looks good
Disadvantages: quite pricey
Well, I?ve just come back from a skiing holiday that i buy my Ixus V3 for... and its brilliant. Its quite a pricey camera but its well worth the money. The picture quality is super with 3.2 Million pixels its not surprising. I got a 128MB card for it and on the best quality it done about 78 pictures and on lost, well you are going to have to be a bit trigger happy to use them all up. The great thing about this camera is that you can use it as a point and press camera or as quite an advanced camera depending on your ability. This camera has so many features, but some of the best are the video feature which has been greatly improved from the V2. On lowest quality it will film for 5minutes or so and on the highest quality it will do around 35 seconds. Another great feature is the stitch feature that allows you to take a picture then move along and take another and join them up together, there?s no limit to how many pictures you can join together. And to top it all off its got a great feel to it, it just feels so well made and sturdy with a great finish. If you have the money I really recommend this camera, with the size and features you cant really go wrong.

delawney - 30.07.03 Hiya and a slightly belated welcome to dooyoo ;)
A good first op - just needs a bit more detail to be getting VU ratings and therefore more reads. Try and read around the site as much as you can to get an idea of the level of detail people expect.
Hope you have fun here ;)
