A great entry level Digital SLR for amateur photography (Canon EOS 400D)
Member Name: lsajw
Advantages: Easy to use and a good range of functiouns Disadvantages: Need to buy a separatezoom lens I've had this camera since February 2008 and love it. I was looking an easy to use Digital SLR that would also allow me to take professional photographs should I wish to take my interest in photography further. This camera does just that. It takes good quality photos whilst being easy to use. I'm planning on taking a digital photography course in September and this camera will has a good range of accessories that will allow me to enhance its use. I am planning on buying a bigger zoom lens as the 18-55mm lens supplied doesn't supply a good enough zoom for my use. I recently used it whilst at Marwell Zoo and found it difficult to find some of the animals close enough to take a good enough picture. Still, I was impressed with the photos that I did manage to take. A must for any amateur photographer who wants to brush up on their skills. Summary: A good entry level Digital SLR
