Advantages: Takes loads of pictures

This digital camera looks like a brick with a lens! It is very big, very heavy and clunky. Low resolution but in it's time was the best in it's class.

The best thing about this camera was that you could use a rotating PCMCIA Type III Hard Disk Memory Card which meant vast amounts of storage. You could take literally hundreds of pictures with it.

Also provided was a docking station which you plugged the camera into to charge it up. This made it very easy to recharge, no messing about with batteries. Download was also via the docking station, but with resolution of 800x600 it would never cut the mustard today.
