Advantages: feels sturdy, great display and flash, easy to use

Disadvantages: heavier than some

This camera is a great camera to play with. It has all the extras but at a great price for a 2mp. I like to take upclose Macro shots and it has performed well. I love shooting in the black and white mode. The button layout is very good. I wish it had a larger lcd screen. The movie camera mode is more than adequate. I take it with me on trips and have not had a problem with condensation. I am not sure that moving up to a 3 megapixel is all that important. My next camera will have more optical magnification, but this little camera is just fine at present. The sound playback is not so good but that is very minor I paid 200.00 dollars for mine since the new A70 and A80 are out now and the price is dropping.
