      Advantages

      Disadvantages

      Disapointing

This is my first time i brought Canon camera. I did a little bit of researching and didnt want to spend too much money as already have good camera on my phone. I decided to go for this camera as it has a which award 2011 and and quite a good specs including 3x optical zoom, 10 megapixels, decent size lcd screen. It proves to be very handy and its smart looking. I am very impressed with the picture quality, it takes nice clear pictures and specially impressed with the pictures I have taken at night with night mode on. Transferring pictures onto the PC is super easy, I just take SC card out and put it into the PC. No massive technical skills required, another way of transferring files can be via USB cable that comes with it which is equally as easy.

On a negative side, it drains batteries, i have to make sure i have two spare at all times as they dont last very long. Menu is little a bit complicated compared to my previous camera. Flash charging takes too long and by the time camera is ready to take pictures my daughter has stopped smiling or has gone to do something else. It also takes too long to take picture and sometimes i need to press the button several times to take the picture. Sadly this camera is not for me and unfortunatelly after I brought it I was not able to return it otherwise i would have done so.

      Advantages

      Disadvantages

Okay if you only want to use for occassional pciture taking

This camera has its good and bad points.

Lets start with the good ones. Its a handy little size and fits perfectly into even my smallest handbag so great for taking on nights out. Atoehr is the flash charges pretty quickly. Its also very easy to use.
And I am not a tecnically minded person so when it came to uploading pictures from the camera on to my laptop I was grateful that it was very straight forward. And it also store each upload on pictures into individual folders for the day they were taken on so all I had to do was name each folder with the relevant event name

The bad points: Firstly I have only had the camera for about two months and the silver ring around the lens has come loose and repeatedly falls off when ever I take the camera out of my bag to take a picture. The camera also eats through batteries. I dont know if this is the case with all digital cameras as this is the first one I have had. Also there doesnt seem to be a delete one button so if you take a dodgy picture you cant just delete it. But this might just be me not been able to find the right button
