With fast-moving motifs the auto-focus of the camera has to continuously readjust. This costs time and can lead to delays when you actuate the shutter release. The Auto Pan-Focus therefore switches off the auto-focus just before you take a picture. This takes only 0.01 second between actuating the shutter release and beginning to take the picture.

While other cameras are still positioning the lens, thanks to the Direct On function you've long since made the best snapshots. With the press of a button, your camera is ready to take pictures - in only about 1.4 second. Another practical feature: Direct On-Play. Briefly pressing the button immediately displays the preview of your photo.

The EX-S100 "White Passion" is smaller than a credit card and weighs less than 78 grams without the rechargeable battery and memory card. It fits in every pocket, is always right at your fingertips and can be just as quickly tucked away again.

Changing between the normal focus and the macro range is really fast - with the Auto Macro function. The macro region, i.e. the close-up region of the EX-S100 "White Passion", comprises distances between 17cm and 50cm. Before each photo, the camera measures the distance to the motif and automatically sets the right focal range. Every picture is thus crystal-clear, even close up to important details.

Style: A certain strongpoint of the Casio Exilim EX-S500, ultra small and ultra slim with dimensions of only 90x59x16.1mm and a weight of only 115g (Smaller than some mobile phones!)
