I bought this camera in January, for £120, down from £160, in Costco.

Not knowing anything about technology, my brother, a technical expert, came to help choose a camera: 12.1 megapixels, for 120 quid? What was wrong with it?

Nothing, is the answer. I have only good things to say - this camera has a very long zoom, and almost always offers a good, clear picture when zoomed in at its fullest.

My favourite function has to be the 'BS' - Best Shot - button, offering over 30 different modes, one which can even be uploaded directly to Youtube!

Another easy function is video mode. Isn't it annoying, when you're looking through your pictures, there is always at least one accidental video taken? You see a shaky vision of a group of your loved ones standing around and grinning for ten seconds, while you hear yourself in the background, mumbling, 'why hasn't the flash gone off? Has anyone seen the flash go off yet?'

Or those times, when you really REALLY need to video something, and you just can't reach the correct mode in time? Well this camera has a simple button, which instantly starts - and stops - recording when you touch it.

This camera is good quality, not too expensive (for 12.1 megapixels?!) and very VERY easy to use.

It definitely beats that pretty purple one I was going to buy instead.
