I purchased this item last May when I was going on holiday to Portugal. This was a fantastic purchase and I bought it for around £80 if I remember right. I have the pink one and people always comment and ask me where I got this. It is 8.1 mega pixels and has optical 3x zoom. Is easy to work and is any memory card is compatiable with this. It has date/time function on this for when you want to remember when photos where taken. Photos are easy accessed by pressing the green view button and scrolling to see what photos you have taken. These are all easily detailed if you do not want to keep them, either by deleting them one by one or all at the same time. Also has function to reduce red eye in photos, has soft flash, flash on and off and auto flash depending on where and when you are taking the photo. The camera also has trigger sensitivity, Auto Shutter on and off.. Face Detection.. Timer, and shoot mode ie.. night time, party mode, still etc.. Would recommend
