Advantages: digital, so no need to process the pictures
Disadvantages: Batteries drain like anything, picture quality is very poor, and its a really old design ow. Invest into something else..!
This review refers to the QV-100 ONLY. This is the product that i have used over the last year. Digital cameras are fun, you don't need to have films processed, and the pictures download straight on to your PC.. When i first got the QV-300, i was very impressed. It represented the cutting edge in technology and wass very smart looking to. But alsa, my enthusiasm did not last long. the mainproblem was, althought the images were good for my Research project, it was not briliant for the family photos. The batteries were also a nightmare. It would run out as soon as i put them in. The resolution was poor and the more i used it, the worse i felt the handling was. Casio do bring out good products, but as usual, they are beaten a few moths later by other manufacturers. This particular camera is a NO ON. Don't buy this, its now TOOOOO dated and too old. Go for something else instead.

- 14/10/00 Which camera does this review refer to? It says the QV100 and then talks about the QV300! Needs some proof reading too. |

- 13/08/00 Yes alas youre right, I borrowed a friends casio and although it has done the job required of it it was very heavy on the batteries and uploading to the P.C. took forever. Alright if you get it for free or on loan but don't buy unless extremely cheap. |
