Casio Exilim Zoom EX-Z1000 ... I really like this camera- we bought the black version around a year ago, but my one went walk about. Lost or stolen the same result. So now we are down a very good digital camera. The only problem is the camera is more expensive now than when I first bought it (for around £90). I am currently shopping around to try and get my hands on this camera again. I feel that is testament to how satisfied I was with this camera. The 10MP make shots of lifelike quality but is one way to fill up your SD card in double quick time. Luckily the camera has an option to reduce the resolution so that the pictures take up less memory. There are ample settings for the different moods ... Casio Exilim Zoom EX-Z700 ... there are a lot of functions on the camera, mainly various different picture modes, but navigating the menu could have been easier. The many different picture modes can be useful although it may be debatable as too how much difference you will find between some of them but some do improve picture quality in certain situations and it is fun trying them out! In conclusion, I am a fan of the Casio Exilim s and would recommend this specific camera to anyone who wants a good camera to snap away with on holiday. Casio Exilim Zoom EX-Z750 ... a student studying photography, one of the main criteria I had for buying a camera what that it absolutely HAD to have full manual controls. Quickly ruling out DSLR s due to the price, my eye soon fell on Casio, which provided all the features I required. I ve had the camera for over a year now, and it has never let me down! It can start up in a split-second, meaning that (unlike most compacts) you are never left feeling frustrated that you missed a shot (although the flash does take a while to charge).
