This is a fantastic little camera. I first bought it cause i was sick of pictures not coming out and not finding out until the films came back and also cause when my son was born the cost of developing the film was getting ridiculous. With my little wonder box i am able to see straight away if my pictures are alright using the groovy little screen on the back. The best thing about it has to be the lack of film it make life so easy and i don't need to buy new ones all the time. It's got some great features including a timer, great for taking pictures of ones self. There is a very limited scope for zooming in on the desired object as there are two settings, basically close and far away. Another feature is that it will date and time stamp all of your pictures so you know when they were taken, i have found this to be invaluable. You can erase the pictures you don't want using the erase function on the camera it's self so you can make room for more, not that you'd really need to as an 8 mb card will hold abotu 52 pictures. You can also use the "lock" function to prevent pictures being accidentally erased. Only problem with it is the number of batteries it consumes when uploading images to your computer, i would suggest either buying a supply of rechargable ones or investing in a smart card reader which you just slot the picture cards into. I would highly recommend this as a cheap but useful digital camera
