The Fuji FinePix 1400 Zoom is an entry-level digital camera that delivers incredible image quality.

The stylish silver and black plastic body is both lightweight and highly durable.

The camera's 3x optical zoom lens is smooth and quiet in operation and has a sliding cover that protects it when you're not taking pictures. The 1400 Zoom is small enough to slide into your pocket.

The 1.31 million pixel CCD imager yields finished images with a maximum size of 1280 x 960 pixels in three different levels of JPEG compression (Fine, Normal or Basic). The user can select to capture in either the 1280 x 960 or 640 x 480 image size depending on your end use or storage capability. Exposure metering is via a 64-zone TTL (through the lens) system.

A great camera to start off with, ideal for domestic use and for downloading those "home-pages" on the web!
