Fujifilm Finepix 30i ... with a compact and stylish newly designed shell, boasts high image quality from a 2.0 million pixel resolution CCD. This camera is crammed with multifunctional features, including MP3 audio playback via the bundled headphones and remote controller, mini movies, webcam facility, audio recording and voice captioning. With a sharp 36mm lens and high resolution CCD, images from the FinePix 30i look great enlarged up to 6" x 8". The FinePix 30i assures clear, sharp color image quality using 2.0 million effective pixels, and encompasses a 2.5x digital zoom function to bring you even closer to your subjects. The FinePix 30i combines the most popular technologies of the moment: high-resolution digital still photos and MP3 playback, as well as offering a movie clip capability and an audio recording function in a new and compact design.

The FinePix 30i doubles as an MP3 player. You can listen to your favorite songs simply by storing music data from CDs or from the Internet via your computer on to a SmartMedia card (with ID protection). Up to 160 minutes of MP3 music may be stored on a 128MB card. The FinePix 30i is capable of displaying the titles of music stored on cards on the remote control's LCD. It is also possible to delete all the stored music tracks at once or one track at a time. The FinePix 30i has a movie recording capability, allowing you to capture clips, with sound, of up to 20-second bursts. The clips can be viewed on a computer using Quicktime 3.0 or later and can be sent to friends as a video email. The FinePix 30i can record up to 4.5 hours worth of audio (when using a 128MB SmartMedia card and the AC power adapter). In this mode, audio files are stored in WAV format on the SmartMedia card, and can be played back on the FinePix 30i itself or on your computer. The FinePix 30i is also provided with a convenient voice captioning function that adds an extra dimension to your images. This enables the camera to record up to 30 sec. of voice annotations after each shot is taken. The annotation is heard when reviewing the image.
