Advantages: 9 mega pixals gives excellent quality, many many features, software and a nice screen

Disadvantages: Could do with a makeover- the camera is very big and bulky and the buttons are old fashioned

I bought this camera for alot less then it seems to be selling for- from argos for £69.99 and it was due to the fact my mobile phone with a 5mp camera had been stolen.

I had always wondered about the advice that states dont rely on your mobile for a camera as the quality is just not there, my N95 had been near perfect for me. But since using the fuji film camera, I can understand that statement alot more.

The camera pictures are much better. On the mobile they did seem slightly altered- sort of like the proportions were expanded in the top half and slimmed down at the bottm- like a wall of mirrors effect I guess. I notice this now since the fuji film pictures are in excellent proportion- my face actually looks like my real face again!

The software is very easy to load, takes a little time, but then it all does. It can do stuff like repair photo issues like red eye, correct the colour so it actually isnt so yellow from the light, and you can crop etc tyhe image.

There are tonnes of features on this camera, including a shake feature if your not to good at holding the camera steady, a red- eye feature, a recording short videos feature... probably far more then I am aware of.

The camera itself is its only real let down, its very chunky and you will need a decent case from this as its in no way sleek. It does have a nice large screen to look at your images on, but I think its at the expense of the battery which runs out very quickly, after about 3 hours if its on all that time. It also seems to eat power even when its off, so turn it off and remove the batteries, for the sake of your bank balance!

Summary: Buy this because its affordable and takes fab pictures, do not buy it and expect to look "flash"
