Advantages: not too small came with docking station

Disadvantages: hard to understand instructions

To use the camera you are told to half press the "shoot button" so that the camera can adjust its self - I find this very hard to do most times I over press resulting in a poorly focused picture I also have quite a lot of trouble overcoming the anti shake system possibly I don't understand how to adjust the many requirements the system needs. The camera is nice to hold and carry is good looking has a nice carrying case not badly priced easy to change memory card and charge batteries but would like easier instructions so that a older (not with today's advanced technical life) person can understand and achieve the capabilities of the camera I'm sure if I can find a local user he/she would be able to guide me in using this product better

Summary: good camera - instructions not too clear

If you bought it in the high street, rather than online, perhaps you could take it back in for a quick intro? Alternatively find someone who knows cameras. Most digitals these days require that "half press" to focus, alternatively use manual focus if you don't like it. Switch off the anti-shake too if you can't get on with it, it's only really needed in low light situations anyway. There are many forums where you can gain help with digital cameras, if you are interested to know, contact me through my email or tooyoo guestbook.
