A decent camera worth the price

I got this camera for my birthday. Took some lovely holiday photos; however, a printed instruction manual would have been nice at this price but I presume it was on the included CD, without the manual I had obviously missed some of the cameras more technical points, but as a regular FUJI owner (my fifth FUJI camera) it is quite easy to use, and the kids had no difficulty using it. Distance shots are great quality, photo stitching is a little tough as they do not all match top and bottom and I was not over-impressed with the video that I did shoot, even viewed on a PC it did not impress me as being worthy of HD quality status. However if you compare this to the other FUJI cameras that I previously bought my family it is a good replacement, similar price, if anything I prefer the square corners of the other FUJI cameras but you can't deny that you get a lot of camera in a very small package. I'm not keen on the laboured sound that the lens mechanism makes when the camera is turned on/off, but I have no duff photos except those caused by my own (amateur) ability. This is a nice camera, easy to use, and takes nice pictures.

Good entry level digital camera, easy to use

This pocket sized digital camera from Fuji produces great image quality. The high quality metal body makes it sophisticated and stylish look. This entry level camera is able to shoot images and videos in High Definition. We can minimise image blurring, thanks to Digital Image Stabilisation feature. The camera will produce clear and sharp images, perfect to enlarge on screen or in print without compromising the image quality. Stunningly, this camera can take picture very well in low light condition.
One of the main features for this camera is the ability to shoot in Panoramic mode which allows you to stitch three photos taken in succession to create a stunning panoramic image.
Pictures and movies can be enjoyed in High Definition on any HD ready televisions.
One point to note that the battery life is not long enough, so be prepared for a back up battery when you go travelling with this camera.
Overall, this entry level digital camera is good, well suited for beginners.
