I brought this camera for my sisters university graduation, as I didn't think my old 8mp would be up to the task and didn't want to miss the big day. It's been a while since I even looked at digital cameras, so when I saw the price tag on this 14mp I was surprised to say this least.

It's not the simplest camera to use with so many different features, but after 5 minutes or so of practice, you'll soon figure out what your doing. The image quality is brilliant, even when looking back at photos on the built in display, but when you upload them to the computer, this is when the quality really shows.
Don't get me wrong, it doss have it's faults, the battery life isn't great, after 4 hours of constant snapping I was almost empty and as is with many cameras, when zooming in it becomes hard to get a shot that's not a touch blurred due to human error, so could do with some sort of stability assist.
The 720p high definition video recording is also a great little feature but although the image is pretty much crystal clear, the sound could be better.
On the whole though, I'm very pleased with the camera, if your looking for good quality pictures at affordable prices then this will suit you down to the ground.
