Advantages: Cheap, reliable and great quality

I've had one of these for about a year now, and have found it to be a really cool little thing. It isn't a DSLR, but don't let that put you off. It's compact size and amazing amount of features is enough to give you everything you need to take a great shot. Great zoom ability, a fair amount of changeable settings and an easy Auto setting for those who just want to shoot away and take easy pictures. The digital screen is a good size, making it easy to see the pictures you have taken previously, and also has a fair video playback with sound, for those moments you just cant miss. The only thing I would have to put down is that sometimes it's difficult to find what you want to do, for example when wanting to take more technical shots, or more than one picture in a row. Other than that, great to handle, easy to store and not a bad price at all. I found it very useful to have when studying a digital imaging module at university, and also I am not afraid to take it to the clubs when on a night out. It's a cool looking thing and it doesn't break easily.
