Advantages: Good quality all around, lots of settings

Disadvantages: Too big for some

I have been through a few digital cameras over the years, and don't get me wrong I no photographer, they are often only for family snaps and the like. Every previous camera had some kind of issue that stopped it being easy and simply. I had one that went through batteries every 10 minutes, one that was a pain to connect to the PC and one that have a poor screen on it.

This one was bought purely to take pictures of completed tattoos my wife had done. I wanted something that would be point and click but would take good quality pictures and keep the detail.

This camera has a lot of settings, I wont list them here, this is suppose to be an honest review not a cut and paste of the manual after all.

This deals with low light situations very well, and the macro mode (one we use often for small tattoos) is way beyond anything I had every used in the past.

While the camera isn't compact at all it find it feels better in your hand gives you more confidence in what you're doing.

The screen on the camera is very good quality as is the zoom. Also I like the SD cards as it means I can put them straight into my PC so no awkward software to use when I want to save the pictures or print them out.

For what I need this camera has been excellent, I am sure someone with more ability could use the manual settings and get some very respectable pictures with it.

Summary: Really good all round camera would be great for some nice holiday pics
