The FujiFinePix S6500FD is a great semi-professional digital camera. The camera offers 6.3 MegaPixel image quality and the images you take on the camera look amazing even in low lighting conditions. The camera is aimed at begginers/semi-professionals who want to get more into photography but don't want to spend lots of money on lenses etc.
The camera comes with a fixed lense which offers 10.7x optical zoom, this means the images will not be decreased in quality and also a 2x digital zoom, so all together the camera can zoom in up to 21.4x times, which comes in really useful if your shooting animals or things at a distance.
Once you get to know the camera and you become more conformatble using it you can use it in manual mode which means you can set control over the settings which the camera normally does itself, along with the ability to shoot in the RAW format it gives a feel of a more professional SLR camera.
The menus and interface on the camera are very easy to navigate and the camera comes with face detection which is great for when you need to take pictues of a group of people as it chages the settings according to give you the best results.
Overall the camera is of great quality, the images are great and for the price you get it at you won't find a better camera.
