I purchased this camera when looking to buy a semi-professional piece of photography equipment to use at live music concerts. I was put off by the prices of the professional DSLR cameras that have price tags out of this world, but this camera impressed me with its functions and price.

The built in zoom allows you to get superb up close and personal photographs without the need to buy extra lenses for extortionate prices. The flip up flash with its speedy pop-up button makes capturing moments in poor lighting a doddle.

The macro function on this camera is superb for the price. It took a little getting used to by me as a total macro novice, but it was easy enough to use and only took me a couple of goes to get it right.

I would recommend this camera for anyone that wants a professional edge to their photography without the professional price tag!
