I bought the Z100 mainly to have a small, point-and-click camera I could keep on me at all times, to take shots quickly and with reasonable definition. It fulfils this function perfectly and, having fitted it with a decent memory card, I have captured images I would not have been able to with my usual camera (although as an SLR Film camera, the comparison is perhaps a little unfair) The camera unit is not cluttered with buttons, and anything outside zooming or taking the picture is dealt with through the on-screen menu. Should you want to use these more advanced settings you will need to read the instructions first, as you can get lost in the drop-down ... Read the complete review

I bought this camera so that i could have something fairly affordable to take to university with me to capture all the nights out and all the great social occasions which go on there without having something which weighs a ton carting round in my pocket. The camera itself looks brilliant, mine is bright orange and really stands out from the crowd. A lot of my friends have said things like "wow, nice camera" and things like that, without even having a clue at any of the actual specification or anything like that. Its also extremely easy to use, in order to turn it on you just slide back the shutter, and your greeted by a friendly welcome. ... Read the complete review

Having to constantly use my dad's camera for my work, I needed my own; the endless hours I spent online browsing reviews on different camera, until I come to this... the Fujifilm Finepix Z100fd. Coming in a series of 4 different colours - Black/white, Pink, Silver and Red/brown - I went for the Silver model. My main reasons for purchase were the price, size, and good reviews it was seemingly getting. Being on a course at university which demanded a camera on my person at most times, the size is perfect, enabling me to quickly take photographs very quickly and of good quality. The screens display is of a good size, giving detailed previews of ... Read the complete review

I got this camera a few months ago, and i absolutely love it! Not only does it look amazing, but the quality of the pictures are stunning too. The screen on the back is a really good size so you can see clearly what your pictures are like. The menu for choosing settings is easy to navigate, but there are so many different settings it takes a while to figure out which one you need! It has this amazing feature called face detection, where it finds your face, and automatically makes it brighter and more detailed! This has to be my favourite camera I've ever had, it's small so it easily slips into your bag (I take mine everywhere with me), it looks ... Read the complete review

I have this camera and I have to admit i first purchased it because it came in pink! But since owning it i have discovered it is actually a great point and click camera which takes quality, reliable photo's every time. I tend to mainly use the 'Natural' mode which takes two photo's - one with flash and one without -often one without flash comes out better, but i have used all of the modes and in some cases to great effect. The self timer works excellently and is easy to set up and I just use my SD card directly into my laptop to upload photo's - though the camera is supplied with a USB lead. My only criticism would be it took me abuot 3 months to ... Read the complete review
