Advantages: great picture quality, easy to use, jam packed with features
Disadvantages: anti blur feature not all its cracked up to be
This camera is my new best friend. I got this for christmas from my fiance and its the best camera i have owned. it is very easy to use. i flicked through the manuel for about 5 seconds and am a pro. it has its own re chargable battery and battery doc which is great and a load more features.
here are some of my favourites.....
face detection- I have never had this on a camera before and never really thought it wopuld make a difference but it does. The faces in the picture are so much more defined. much clearer than a camera without.
Red eye reduction- There is a setting where you can choose for this to be done automatically and its great. you take the picture and it automatically picks up where the persons face is, zooms in and removes the red eye for you. very cool.
Large display screen- The huge 2.3 inch screen is great for getting a good pic as well as showing people your video clips and photos.
video record- I have a 4gig memory vard in my camera and that holds 3 hours of video footage. i fimed something on christmas day and its great. the sound is very clear and so is the picture.
Anti blur- Now i know this camera has this feature and the option is deffinetly there but i'm having no luck with it. this is probably the only thing i am a bit disapointed in. with a busy 3 year old this is a great feature but jst doesnt seem to work for me. it may be just me but i'm unsure so will have more practice.
10 megapixels- This is great, it means that even when i blow up my pictures, the quality is still amazing. i have some beautiful pictures of my daughter and this is deffinetly enough pixels for me.
