I spent a long time reading reviews and searching on-line before I spent my money on this digital camera. I wanted one that was good enough to print the photographs out......not all of them are. I must admit I have been extremely pleased with my choice. It comes with am 8 MB smart card which you can get around 18/19 high quality photographs, and around 90ish at the lower resolution.

The lower resolution settings produce very good quality printed photographs, but for close-ups I use the highest resolution and the macro facility and I have had some excellent results, much better than anything I have ever had on my regular camera.

One of the things that swayed my decision in buying this camera is the rechargable batteries, it has been a godsend, and must have saved me quite a bit of money on new batteries!!! It also means my camera is always available for use as long as I keep the battery charged that is!

The display window on the back is a nice size 1 and a half inch x 1 and a quarter inch. So it's easy to see if you have taken a good photo.

The camera casing itself is a silver metal, feels solid and looks very impressive. It also comes with a handy, slightly padded carrying case.

It has a some nice effects, you can add glints/stars to a photo, which pick up on the lightest areas, make it sepia coloured or change to black and white. All these can be done on the camera and you still keep your original photo.

All in all I am very pleased with my camera and glad I chose the one I did.
