      Disadvantages

I would not hesitate in recommending this product as your main camera.

I have owned this camera for approximately 2 years now and never had any problems with it.

      ------- Design & Build -------

I would describe the camera as stylish but robustly designed. Having dropped the camera serveral times from a height and continued taking pictures I can confirm the product is very well built.

      ------- Ease of Use -------

The camera is very easy to use with a point and shoot "smart capture" feature which can be used in any conditions to produce the best shot. A simple circular dial on top of the camera gives access to further shooting options. The large lcd screen is bright and sharp making it a joy for taking shots anywhere.
You can also perform some basic image editing tasks like rotating and cropping pictures directly on the camera.

      ------- Picture Quality -------

Picture quality is excellent both outdoors and indoors, always sharp and detailed thanks to the autofocus and 3x optical zoom.

      ------- Battery Life -------

Using Lithium Ion batteries I can take atleast 100 photos with this camera before needing to replace the batteries.

      great

I got this camera for around £60 from argos and it has been worth every penny. I use the camera daily to photograph jewellery, so needed something which could handle a lot of usage and had a decent closeup feature. I'm no technical buff, so I'll give it to you simple!

It is very easy to use, the instructions are very clear and the basic settings are quickly picked up. It also has built in auto settings for each type of picture you want to take, you simply turn the dial.

The camera itself is very robust. I am incredibly clumsy and heavy handed, and have lost all my old cameras to dropping them on the floor (repeatedly.) This one is very sturdy and has a few scratches and bumps but still works perfectly! Great for someone and clumsy as me!

The picture quality is beautiful, very crisp and clear and the closeup is just as good. Images seem as clear as they do in real life. The only thing I find issue with, is the colour seems a little off, things turn out a little on the blue side - but this may be due to my lack of technical knowledge. I have everything set to auto. But this is nothing which can't be corrected once the pictures are on the computer.

The video quality isn't as good, I find it very grainy and dark, even when taking videos outside in daylight.

As far as battery consumption, I get through 4 x energizer lithium batteries per month, using it daily for 1-2 hours.

The camera has lasted me almost a year so far and I can see it lasting me a good while yet. A great little buy!

Overall a good product would recomend to anyone.

This Camara is easy to use and can start taking pictures almost straight away just be pressing the picture taking button. It has a good quality sized picture viewer and shows you clearley how to zoom in and out with magnifying glass pictures. For the price you pay you get a good picture quality, I would recommend this camara for anyone who dosn't know alot about photography and wants a decent picture for when they are away on holiday. When you go into the different picture themes and settings it tells you on the screen what each one achully does and the effect it will give. In the description it does say that it has face detection but I found that confusing and have failed to make it work accurately and if it appears on the screen it is by luck. Overall don't have any complaints and its simplicity of the camara makes it user friendly. Never have had any problems with it.
