This is a great camera and a great looking camera too, i personally think they look better than the CX series from Kodak . I brought it late last year for around £250 and it has been great ever since. The batteries last a long time before they need charging. It takes excellent quality pictures which are also excellent to use with photo editing programs such as Adobe Photoshop. It comes with everything you will need to get taking pictures, the manuals are very easy to understand and explain everything. traditional viewfinder which will help frame certain shots. Many digital cameras now only come with the LCD screen as the traditional style is dispensed in favour of aesthetics. Kudos to Kodak for making a real camera here ! The digital and optical zoom are very good and the picture quality superb. 4 million pixels can give massive prints. If you are going to be using the camera to print 6"x4" prints then its great for that as well. The one drawback is that the camera does seem to over compress the image as it shrinks files to around 1meg Jpegs.
