Advantages: Everything. Especially the picture quality

Disadvantages: Nothing

I bought this camera for myself for christmas as I was sick of my old one because the picture quality was rubbish.

It was on special offer in tesco just before christmas for £52 although I do believe that they have come down in price since then.

I was instantly amazed as to how an 8.2 mp camera could be so cheap. As soon as I got it home I couldn't wait to set it all up and start snapping away. It did not take me long to work out how to use it and I think that it was very easy to use.

The flash has different options available which are: auto, fill, red eye reduction and off. The flash is very good and even the photos that I take in the pitch black come out clear as day.

There is a self timer and date and time stamp, picture editing where you can trim etc.

There is a 3x optiocal zoom lense which means that you can zoom in without loosing the picture quality, a 2.4 inch screen, video with sound and print options that can record for up to 80 minutes, digital image stabilizer which reduces blur by the camera shaking or the subject moving, 16 programmed scene modes including: sport, snow, fireworks, party and portrait, 16mb internal memory and an SD card slot and many other things that would take me far too long to mention.

Included with the camera was the Kodak easyshare software to enable you to transfer your pictures onto the computer, usb cable and two AA batteries, user guide.

I work as an estate agent and we have a Kodak camera that we use which is a much more expensive one and I do not believe that the picture quality on that is as good as it is on this one.

Three of my friends have been to buy this camera after I did as they were so impressed by the picture quality.

I believe it was excerllant value for money

Summary: Great value for money
