Advantages: Great pictures, small compact, easy to use, fits in pocket or handbag

Disadvantages: None I've found

There's no need to be apprehensive about buying digital when your old camera gives up the ghost, or your camera supplier starts talking about not stocking 35mm cameras or film any longer.

Pop in to your supplier and have a look at the Kodak EasyShare CX6200 digital camera.

This is a good, well priced camera to start with, leading to bigger things as you master and gain confidence in the world of digital cameras.

It's small and light-weight for those who travel and also, it can tuck away safely in your personal hand luggage so it's not so evident to pick pockets.

The 2 mega pixels have given us good, clear, crisp prints combined with good quality paper. It's easy to transfer the photos onto the computer for storage and sending away so quickly on the email.

In our household we find the straight-forward software is easy to understand and makes the camera ``user friendly'' for our mix of beginners and intermediate photographers.

We find the viewing screen is just the right size for clear and sharp pictures all the time. We can now, confidently roam around the menu and appreciate the many options our little camera gives us.

The User Guide/information provided is well written for you to learn about the camera and you are able to start using it quite quickly.

When we bought the camera the price was around £99, I think, but they may well have come down in price by now.

Some of the fun is in the learning but the final results, now
that we are more used to the camera, are really pleasing.

It has to be good. The dog thinks so, everytime he sees us pick up the camera, he is there, posing and waiting for the flash.

Summary: this camera is compact, looks good and results are great
