Advantages: Cheap, good looking, fairly easy to use.

Disadvantages: Quite heavy, not splash resistant

I bought this camera recently via a half price online deal at Curry's. The camera cost £75.

I liked it because it looks very sleek, all black, touch screen back with a large screen. I wanted a high mega pixel camera with a good and reputable name and this camera fit the bill, as well as being very reasonably priced. I think it is usually £150.

When you first charge it, it charges really quickly, I think it took about 2 1/2 hours, and it lasted me two days of constant sight seeing and picture taking.

The image quality is good, but I use Photoshop to touch them up. The red eye reduction and facial recognition features work really well.

I did spill water on my camera which left it out of service for a couple of days, but it dried out fine. I tried to use the camcorder in the rain and that didn't work. I wouldn't go as far to say the the camera has a particular aversion to water, but try to keep it dry!
