It took me ages to replace my old camera, and I only did it because the battery life was so shocking. While I realised camera technology had no doubt come quite a way since I bought the old 3 mega pixel one, the 8 mega pixel M873 was quite amazing in its brilliance! The camera is a great size-I have small hand and RSI so find it difficult to cope with cameras which are bulky or have the buttons in awkward places. The M873 is only 1.5 cm deep which makes it nice and slim to fit into a bag or pocket.
