Good Small camera to pop in your pocket (Kodak Easyshare V803)

I had this camera for around a year before i upgraded to a Panasonic. The look and feel of this camera is very nice although for some perhaps a little heavy, but dont let that put you off.

The V803 made by Kodak, is a 8 Mega Pixel camera with a 3x Optical Zoom. It is a nice sized camera and fits easily into your pocket or a small camera case if you wish. There is a nice sixed LCD on the back of the camera to display your pictures and take your shots. This is one of the first cameras to do away with a viewing lens which seem to be redundant these days anyway.

The controls are easy to use there are 5 easy access buttons on the back, for reviewing, deleting, sharing, flash and menu. There is also a small toggle switch to move around the menus and a zoom in/out button.

Kodak uses its own easyshare software and you can buy a seperate cradle to dock this camera meaning that you simply leave the dock connected to your computer and jsust attach the camera when you want to take download your pictures. However one downside to this as that it requires kodak software which i have found caused a few porblems with my computer.

Overall this is a good little camera, its a mid priced camera you can pop in your pockets and take anywhere you go. I have been pleased with the picture quality although there are better cameras i feel for the price when it comes to the final picture quality.

Summary: For the price its not a bad camera if your after basic shots!
