Advantages: 10x optical zoom, environment picture settings, one touch picture transfer

Disadvantages: Lens cap a bit flimsy

Purchased this camera a couple of months ago and i must say that it is rather well equipped. Good optical *10 zoom is great for those must have shots and the AF is very clear. There is a handy auto mode and a custom mode to select the correct setting for the environment (night, party, indoor, sports, snow etc). There is also a handy one touch picture transfer which is the 'Easyshare'.

The red eye setting I have found not to be so useful and on editing the photo with Kodak software provided, the red eye was not totally removed.

The lens cap is not best designed and in just two months the springs managed to come loose and the lens cap no longer attaches.

The design of the camera is good with a neat pop-up flash and compact button layout. The zoom button could be larger though especially if like me you have large hands! The lcd screen is a good size and you can switch between viewing only through the viewfinder or through lcd screen only.

The video option is also very good with clear steady picture and reasonably good sound.

Overall the camer is very good value.
