Advantages: Very easy to use; inexpensive for quality of camera and pictures,

Disadvantages: no video zoom, no camera case in my package, lens cap tends to pop off

I paid £199 for this camera with a printer (Easyshare G600 printer dock), 50 sheets of photo paper and a 1 GB card.

I think it is brilliant value for money. The camera itself is so easy to use - you just have to click to the general picture tab and it will do the rest for you if you don't like to be any more in control! It has a range of other setting I use - "sports" to take things on the move (I often use that for the kids as they never sit still LOL), "portrait" which is great for close ups of people and the video one.
With my one GB card I can take over an hour of video plus some pics so I think it's brill. Certainly good enough video to record family events etc - there is no zoom on the video though.

The camera has 7.1 megapixel resolution with 5x manual zoom and 5x digital, so it is genuinely useful in wide range of settings.
The easyshare software is really really easy - all my friends and family say so as you can upload from the camera to your PC and the easyshare website with two clicks; so it is as easy as it could possibly be to share your photos with family and friends. Of course you can do that without the software but it is much more laborious, so before I had this I didn't often bother.

The printer prints out 6x4 photos of excellent quality and though it's not especially cheap at about 30p a print, it is easy (dock camera - it automatically starts at the last photo you have taken and works backwards - how sensible! - click print and wait 90 seconds). Of course if you want bigger prints you can put A4 photo paper in your ordinary colour printer but the results are not as good in my printer's case.
The printer allows you to alter the image (e.g remove red eye ) without having to photoshop so it really is as easy as the name suggests!
