Overall reliable and excellent for general and scenic photos

This camera is reasonably easy to learn. The picture quality is excellent for indoor and well lit outdoor photographs. I bought this for taking pictures at my childrens sporting events and am still trying to get a better quality photo for indoor action under flourescent lighting. Using the automatic settings gives either poor lighting or blurring of subject. Working with manual settings has given better results, but not quite the quality that I'm looking for for my particular needs, which may mostly be due to my limited photography knowledge. For basic still photography, has been reliable and easy to use with excellent results. Simple for using with kodak docks for uploading to computers!
