Nikon Coolpix 3100

I began selling on e-bay and sales were suffering for lack of pictures so I decided it was time that I got in touch with the digital world and bought a digital camera! I went out with the mind set of wanting to spend no more than £100, thinking this would get me something basic that would last. I was persuaded to spend a little over £100 on this Nikon Coolpix 3100, and I was not disappointed! This is a great camera packed full of functions that are easy to navigate thanks to the clear menu system and the jog-dial. At just over 3 megapixels at maximum quality, I found this more than enough to give superb quality 6x4 prints. The attraction of this camera was the 10 pre-set scene modes which included: party/indoor, sunset, night lanscape, firework show and beach/snow. Other photograph assist modes include portrait, lanscape and sports mode. One of my friend has got this camera which is below 200£ , but gives excellent result most of the time. I'm kind of a person who is probably not photogenic and has to take 15 pics to get 2-3 which pleases me in terms of acceptibilty. But this camera normally satisfy me in 10 pics or more out of 15 taken. It works equally good in bad weather conditions.
