I have had this camera for about 3 months, now, and have taken a fair few pictures (many hundreds), having done some practise before 4 weeks travelling in Fiji and New Zealand. I have taken some really nice pictures and some terrible ones! One great strength of this camera is also a weakness: its size (volume and weight). to have the equivalent number of pixels, Nikon Coolpix 775 does have over 2m. I have found with cameras that claim to have a number of pixels show poor results and have learnt that many claiming to have 2m pixels have less than 1m and enlarge the photo in much the same way as a digital zoom does, not the optical depiction enhancement that would bear out the nu mber of pixels. go look at a kodak i had seen.. but upon entering the shop.. another caught my eye. Oh what a joy to behold! lol well.... helloooo Nikon 775 !! if ever a camera could be described as sexy.. this was it.
